I’ve been saying this for years … as moms we touch lives and our love for the Lord and the things we do at home will eventually overflow into eternity; like the ripples on the pond. So make every day count. You will find that when you start your day with God’s word and then reflect & meditate on it throughout the day while changing diapers & washing dishes & folding laundry, your attitude about everything else will change, and that LOVE will overflow into your home.

Everything goes back to our “heart.” And our “motivation” for why we do things. And how we do or say things to & for those we love and our closest to us.

These days, I would describe my soul and spirit as exhausted & grumpy. I love you & love your posts/blogs/MPW, etc. I want my cup to run over with soul & spirit to ooze onto my children & husband. I’m tired of being tired.

Thank you, Thank you for speaking to my heart this morning. Thank you for being willing to be used by God to touch so many lives. I needed these exact words, desperately. This morning as we walked out of the house, my 15 year old son looked at me and said, “Mom don’t be mad, but I’m an athiest. And yes, I know what that means.”
