There has been a slight change in blog plans. And it’s always best to follow where he leads.
Our family vacation is this week. In fact, while you are reading this I probably have my toes in the sand while watching my three young ones squeal down the beach with their cousins. And though my hair gets angry at the salt breeze, the view is beautiful.

My plan was to have the thought-life-series scheduled to automatically post each day, even while I was away. But I sensed him telling me to set some things down this week. Even the scheduled posts.
This topic of the thought-life is so dear to me — life-transforming dear to me. And I want to converse with you about it. I want to respond to comments and pray for those who email me with questions or burdens. But I know that I will have a divided heart if I go ahead with my plans. So I pause. I set it down.
To you, my sweet reader, I say thank you for your grace. And for those who took Friday’s thought-life challenge, you are especially on my heart. I simply trust that him leading me to set things down is not only for my good, but for yours as well. My prayer is that he ministers intimately to anyone who now has this list of tender thoughts before them.
So I’m off to make some memories with these young ones, with an undivided heart. He is gracious to lead us. And blessing always follows when we obey.
See you next week!
Fill me, Lord…
How have you seen him bless your obedience even if you obeyed with slight hesitation?

yes, oh yes! If we could all but be obedient all the time and see his blessings! Praying you are filled to overflowing this week! 🙂

Broke away early this morning and found a quiet corner to commune with our God. He is life to us. Thank you for your sweet words. It has been such a refreshing time away. See you soon.
