We have to guard our hearts. The routine of Bible study (or any other “discipline”) can squelch true passion for The Lord. Routine can give the illusion of intimacy to the neglect of relationship.
So how do we restore true intimacy with God if the routine of life has stolen deep, authentic relationship?
