It’s so easy to get bogged down in the right now. There’s so much to do and so much to think and so much to maneuver around. Can I get a witness? But this world and all of its trials and demands will one day pass away. The page will turn and eternity will unfold.

We just have this one life to run the race of faith. One chance. One day. Today. So let’s run it like we mean it. Let’s lace up our cute fluorescent green running shoes and dig down our heels. This is me giving myself a pep talk. Let’s keep our eyes on the goal ahead.
Brothers, I do not consider that I have made it my own. But one thing I do: forgetting what lies behind and straining forward to what lies ahead, I press on toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus.
Philippians 3:13-14
